Faculty Committees
Committee of creativity, activities and seminars

Its main tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Committee.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place
  3. Considering and complete the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty
  4. Placing of the Faculty's activities plan and following-up of their implementation
  5. Proposing seminars and workshops
  6. Seeking for sponsorship of business incubators.
  7. Spreading the culture of creativity and define its standards.
  8. Encouraging both faculty and students to innovate and evaluate their creations
  9. Members: Dr. Ayman Zaatara, Dr. Abdul Rahim Al-Sharif andDr. Sawsan Hakooz.

Academic Committee

Its main tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place
  3. considering and complete the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty
  4. Developing programs
  5. Supervising study plans.
  6. Developing study plans to achieve the objectives of the Faculty and university according to the accreditation criteria.
  7. Developing a plan to improve the programs in the Faculty in cooperation with the competent authorities.
  8. Supervising the exams and the academic schedule
  9. Following-up of academic guidance
  10. Checking material description
  11. Approving books and references
  12. Supervising books and references in the library
  13. Making an instructional plan for students.
  14. Members: Dr. Sawsan Hakooz, Dr. Abdul Rahim Al-Sharif andDr. Ayman Zaatara.

Excellence Committee

Its main tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place
  3. considering and complete the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty
  4. Planning the quality required in the Faculty and follow-up implementation
  5. Following up the quality control standards according to the approved standards.
  6. Supervising the preparation of the budget.
  7. Members: Dr. Sawsan Hakooz, Dr. Abdul Rahim Al-Sharif and Dr. Ayman Zaatara.

Delegation and Scientific Committee

Its main tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place
  3. Considering and complete the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty
  4. Developing a plan for scientific research, conferences and scientific days in the Faculty in accordance with national priorities in scientific research
  5. Following up promotions and check their procedures
  6. Evaluating research to be supported and coordination with the Deanship of Scientific Research.
  7. Advertising of missions, setting standards and studying applications.
  8. Choosing delegates and help them gain acceptance and follow-up from prestigious universities.
  9. Members: Dr. Tayseer Al-Omar, Dr. Samir Al-Harasis and Dr. Osama Nimr.

Commission of Inquiry with Dissent Faculty Members

Its main tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place
  3. Considering and completing the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty
  4. Following-up on the procedures of investigation with the faculty members who are dissent.
  5. Members: Dr. Abdul Rahim Al-Sharif, Dr. Tayseer Al-Omar and Dr. Ayman Zatara

Material Equalization and Competency Examination Committee

Its tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place.
  3. Considering and completing the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty.
  4. Equivalence materials sent by the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
  5. Continuing to prepare for the competency examinations.
  6. Members: Dr. Tayseer Al-Omar, Dr. Samir Al-Harasis and Dr. Nabil Jadiyeh.

Graduates Committee

Its tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place.
  3. Considering and completing the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty.
  4. Communicating with graduates.
  5. Ensuring that they have the means to work for them.
  6. Members: Dr. Sawsan Hakooz, Dr. Nabeel Jadiyeh and Dr. Hisham Shahin.

Social Committee

Its tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place
  3. Considering and complete the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty
  4. Following-up of social matters related to faculty members.
  5. Organizing social and cultural programs that serve the Faculty and the community.
  6. Managing the financial affair Dr. Nabeel Jadiyeh and Dr. Tayseer Al Omar.

Tilawah Committee

Its tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place.
  3. Considering and completing the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty.
  4. Supervising the recitation examination committees.
  5. Supervising the recitation lab.
  6. Placing outstanding students to recite the Koran in the celebrations.
  7. Examine students from other Facultys wishing to benefit from the discount of memorizing Quran scholarship.
  8. Conducting reading competitions at the university level in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
  9. Members: Dr. Nabeel Jadiyeh, Dr. Sawsan Hakooz and Dr. Samir Al-Harasis.

Website Committee

Its tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place.
  3. Considering and complete the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty
  4. Preparing the data and information about the faculty and its departments, faculty members in the Faculty, the study plans and the activities offered by the faculty and the academic departments in coordination with the director of the university's website at the university.
  5. Following-up updating the site periodically and continuously in Arabic and English.
  6. Members: Dr. Samir Al-Harasis, Dr. Osama Nimr, and Dr. Hisham Shahin.

Community Service Commission

Its tasks are:

  1. Developing an annual plan for the work of the Commission.
  2. Documenting the proceedings of the Committee in minutes of meetings and keep them in an appropriate place.
  3. Considering and complete the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Dean of the Faculty.
  4. Communicating with the local community in line with the Faculty's vision and mission.
  5. Members: Dr. Ayman Zaatara, Dr. Nabeel Jadiyeh and Dr. Tayseer Al Omar.

مهام اللجنة:

  1. وضع خطة سنوية لأعمال اللجنة.
  2. توثيق أعمال اللجنة في محاضر اجتماعات وحفظها في مكان مناسب
  3. النظر فيما يحيله عميد الكلية إلى اللجنة من مهام وإنجازها
  4. التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي فيما يتواءم مع رؤية الكلية ورسالتها
