Dear Students,

All students who were absent from the final examination of the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year are required to visit the Faculty Deanship to submit an Incomplete Exam Form, accompanied by a medical excuse certified and stamped by the University Medical Clinic.

The application must be submitted within one week from the date the excuse ends that prevented the student from taking the final examination. Please ensure strict adherence to the prescribed legal deadlines, in accordance with the regulations and instructions in force at the University.
