The College of Dentistry at the University of Zarqa, was established in 2022 as the first dental college in Jordanian private universities as a response to the growing demand among the Jordanian society of studying dentistry, and to allow Jordanian students to find quality education in dentistry in Jordan, rather than seeking it abroad.

The College consists of two buildings; the main College building and a building dedicated to the clinical training of students, with an area of approximately 18,000 square meters. The two buildings contain teaching halls, laboratories and clinics that are furnished and equipped with the latest equipment and technologies to facilitate the education and training of dental students. The College grants the degree of Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS), and to achieve the standard that is expected of universities worldwide when gaining this degree, elite faculty members were recruited to teach at the College. The faculty constantly seeks the development of its expertise and the expansion of its capabilities, and aims to diversify its educational resources.
