University concluded a professional development training course to develop the
capabilities of faculty members, which was organized by the Faculty of
Educational Sciences and the Development and Quality Assurance Unit from
included a discussion of modern learning strategies presented by Dr. Mahmoud
Marrouh, modern trends in educational technology presented by Dr. Amer
Al-Jizawi, and the exam preparation mechanism presented by Prof. Abdulsalam
president of the university, Prof. Nidal Al-Ramahi, stressed the importance of
holding these training courses especially with regard to integrating e-learning
and teaching strategies.
He pointed out
that the partnership between faculty members leads to the transfer of
experiences and information and the acquisition of new cognitive skills that
contribute to raising the educational level within the university.
The Dean of the
Faculty of Educational Sciences, Dr. Reda Al-Muwadiyah, indicated that the training
course aims to introduce participants to teaching methods and develop their
skills, praising the efforts of the academic staff from various faculties for
their active participation in the training course, stressing the university’s
readiness to hold training courses that would raise their academic competencies.
