- Align the Faculty's academic programs with the evolving needs of local and regional labor markets.
- Keep pace with technological advancements in higher education and integrate innovative educational technologies into teaching and learning.
- Provide the necessary financial and non-financial resources to support and promote scientific research within the Faculty.
- Foster students' personal development by promoting citizenship, democratic values, community engagement, confidence in the University, and positive relationships with faculty and administrative staff.
- Develop the Faculty's facilities and continuously improve the quality of services provided to students.
- Ensure full compliance with the University's Quality Management System and pursue institutional excellence.
- Maintain continuous compliance with institutional and specialized accreditation requirements.
- Secure adequate financial resources to support the Faculty's academic programs and operational activities in a timely manner.
- Strengthen demand for the University's academic programs and services while exploring new educational markets.
- Enhance the qualifications, competencies, and professional expertise of the Faculty's human resources.
- Contribute to the social, cultural, and intellectual development of the local community.
