To prepare undergraduate and graduate students in the various departments of the Faculty of Arts, particularly Arabic Language and Literature and English Language, Literature and Translation, enabling them to meet the needs of the Jordanian and Arab labor markets and demonstrate professional competence and excellence.

Objectives
In line with the vision, mission, and strategic goals of Zarqa University, the Faculty of Arts seeks to achieve the following objectives:
1.To prepare a generation characterized by strong moral values, sound character, commitment to Islamic principles, loyalty to the homeland, and awareness of its belonging to the Arab nation and its Islamic culture.
2.To promote and preserve the Arabic language as the language of the Holy Qur’an.
3.To teach foreign languages as a means of education and learning, facilitating the transfer of global knowledge and culture into Arabic, while also conveying the richness of Arab and Islamic heritage to other nations and cultures.
4.To prepare qualified graduates who embody the values of work, faith, responsibility, integrity, and dedication.
5.To equip students with the scientific knowledge and research skills necessary for conducting scholarly research.
6.To provide specialized academic professionals capable of educating and preparing future generations who contribute to the advancement of the nation through both theoretical and practical training.
7.To contribute to community development through the organization of lectures, seminars, and scientific activities.
8.To keep pace with developments in the various fields of the humanities.
