Zarqa University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, with the Jordanian Dental Association to strengthen academic and professional cooperation and enhance practical training opportunities for students of the Faculty of Dentistry in line with the latest scientific standards and clinical practices.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Zarqa University by its President, Prof. Dr. Nidal Al-Ramahi, and on behalf of the Jordanian Dental Association by its President, Prof. Dr. Aya Abdullah Al-Asmar, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Zarqa University, Prof. Dr. Nesreen Al-Salem.

Prof. Dr. Al-Salem stated that the agreement represents an important step toward expanding cooperation between the two sides, contributing to the development of academic and training programs and enhancing students’ clinical skills in line with labor market requirements.

The agreement will also support joint scientific activities, including workshops, seminars, and the exchange of expertise between the university and the association.

At the end of the visit, Prof. Dr. Nidal Al-Ramahi honored Prof. Dr. Aya Abdullah Al-Asmar with the university shield in appreciation of the association’s role in supporting the healthcare sector and advancing the dental profession in Jordan
