Mission

To serve students and the community by providing an optimal environment for developing knowledge and acquiring skills in research and innovation in the field of information technology, thereby contributing to the development of a knowledge-based society and actively supporting the achievement of national development goals.

As part of the Deanship of Student Affairs’ efforts to enhance students’ capabilities and keep pace with educational and technological developments, the Information Technology and Digital Content Division was established to achieve the following objectives:

Objectives

• To develop, enhance, and strengthen students’ technological skills.
• To supervise a fully equipped computer laboratory dedicated to various student activities, where students can receive training in important software applications that support their educational experience.
• To utilize the Division’s expertise and competencies in serving students and the community through consultations, training courses, lectures, and workshops.
• To support creative and entrepreneurial ideas and projects.
• To involve talented and creative students in digital content production and provide them with the necessary tools and resources.
• To train students in digital content production, including photography, graphic design, video editing, directing, sound engineering, and voice-over production.
• To engage students in producing digital content for national occasions and events.
• To manage and follow up on the Deanship of Student Affairs’ social media platforms.
