Student Services and Welfare Division
The Student Services and Welfare Division continually strives to enhance the quality of the services and support provided to students and to meet their various needs effectively.

To continuously enhance student satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations through the provision of high-quality and distinguished student services.
Objectives
- To enhance the quality of services provided to students.
- To follow up on students’ academic, administrative, and personal matters.
- To promote students’ awareness of university culture and campus life.
- To assist students in meeting their financial needs.
- To foster a positive work ethic and strengthen the value of work among students.
- To develop students’ scientific and practical skills in the workplace.
- To promote self-reliance, independence, and personal responsibility among students.
- To familiarize students with the University’s regulations, policies, and instructions.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Division
The Division carries out the following responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting newly admitted students.
- Issuing university identification cards, including replacements for lost or damaged cards.
- Receiving applications for financial grants and student employment opportunities, and preparing the necessary assessments for submission to the Student Fund Committee.
- Receiving lost items and returning them to their rightful owners.
- Renting lockers to students and following up on the renewal of subscriptions each semester.
- Monitoring the quality of services provided to students and proposing appropriate measures for their improvement.
- Issuing certificates of good conduct upon request.
