Student Cases and Investigation Committees Division
In line with the Deanship of Student Affairs’ commitment to providing a university environment consistent with the University’s civilized and educational philosophy, the Deanship addresses various student-related issues through the Student Cases Office. The Office seeks to support students in dealing with both general and personal concerns and to identify appropriate solutions to the obstacles and challenges that may affect their university experience.
The Division carries out the following responsibilities:
1.Receiving student complaints of all types.
2.Resolving student cases and disputes that do not require referral to investigation committees.
3.Following up on student cases and working to resolve them in coordination with the relevant parties within and outside the University.
4.Coordinating the work of student investigation committees, including summoning the concerned parties and witnesses, notifying them of investigation hearing dates, and informing them of the investigation outcomes.
5.Organizing behavioral awareness and guidance campaigns for students regarding appropriate standards of conduct, student violations, and applicable disciplinary measures.

2.To familiarize students with the University’s disciplinary procedures and applicable penalties.
3.To contribute to resolving problems and challenges faced by students both within and outside the University.
