The Faculty of Dentistry at Zarqa University organized a specialized training event on Sunday, August 9, 2026, entitled “Endodontic Treatment for Posterior Teeth.” The event was delivered by Dr. Ali Abu Na’meh, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Nisreen Al-Salem, along with a number of faculty members and dental students.

The event featured a series of concise scientific lectures, complemented by a practical demonstration, with the aim of enhancing students’ knowledge and skills in the scientific principles and fundamentals of endodontic treatment for posterior teeth. It also sought to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, thereby strengthening students’ clinical competencies and improving their professional readiness.

Professor Nisreen Al-Salem emphasized the importance of organizing such specialized training activities, highlighting their significant role in strengthening the practical skills of dental students and equipping them with the knowledge and competencies required to manage a wide range of clinical cases. She also underscored the Faculty’s commitment to providing an educational environment that integrates academic knowledge with hands-on clinical training.

She noted that the scientific and training activities organized by the Faculty form part of its ongoing efforts to develop students’ skills and keep pace with the latest scientific advances across various dental specialties, in line with the requirements of modern dental education and the evolving needs of the labor market.

She further explained that hosting specialists and experts, together with offering practical lectures and specialized workshops, provides students with valuable opportunities for direct interaction with scientific and clinical expertise and enhances their ability to apply theoretical knowledge effectively in clinical practice.

This event comes as part of the Faculty of Dentistry at Zarqa University’s continued efforts to promote continuing education and practical training, while providing scientific programs and activities that contribute to advancing the academic and professional standards of its students.
