It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the Development and Quality Assurance Unit at Zarqa University, the unit dedicated to promoting a culture of quality and institutional excellence, and ensuring continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance, in pursuit of sustainable development aligned with the university’s mission and strategic objectives.

Through its mission, the unit seeks to provide an organizational environment that supports the implementation of Total Quality Management concepts, while establishing the policies, standards, and procedures necessary to ensure the quality of academic programs, improve learning outcomes, enhance compliance with general and specific accreditation standards, and achieve continuous improvement.

The unit works toward achieving its objectives through:

• Applying quality assurance systems to education, scientific research, and community service.
• Monitoring the overall quality of performance across academic departments, colleges, and administrative units.
• Preparing for and continuously following up on general and specific accreditation requirements for existing and future academic programs and specializations.
• Supporting strategic planning and measuring institutional performance according to approved indicators.
